  • Hosting and Backup: All the information is backed up . . . and backed up again. ASP hosted with in-house servers?  That means we own them, we run them and we know every nook and cranny of how they work. 
  • Ticket Requests: Load tested above 25,000 tickets per hour: Feel free to get slammed with requests.  You (and we) can handle it.
  • Enterprise Class Database Management System and Application Server Software: We use industry proven software to run our ticketing solutions so that the best level of service can be maintained.
